Steve Carell!!
Horrible show. Sucked dong.
the ending was abrupt and such a curveball
The moment they killed off Steve’s character (Nick). I turned it off. Done.
Well…sorry but one of my fav movies is the original The Four Seasons with Alan Alda, Carol Burnett, Et al is the still the best. I watched the one just released on Netflix but it was just not winning me over. I did love the cameo with Alan Alda…but that was about it. Somethings are best when just left alone.
Idk man i was so intrigued and glad wirh the first 2 episodes then it kinda went downhill
Idk why I was expecting Will Forte to act differently in this show.…. he’s basically the same character as The Last Man on Earth and any/every project he does, its ALWAYS the SAME CHARACTER
Coleman Domingo hit or miss the guy was great in Beale Street Could Talk
Fear the Walking Dead and Rustin
But he’s basically gor the same vibe as Fear the walking dead its okay works best when he’s with the italian guy straight comedy
Steve Carrells character had so much potential, then it became the stereotypical
“Old guy divorces his wife for someone younger shells out money on gfts and becomes either genuinely/delusional about his lifestyle change.…..”
Also certain scenes felt like an homage to Michael Scott idk he was different from Crazy Stupid Love and the 40 Year old Virgin similar characters betwen those two movies but completely different from Michael scott kinda idk
Tina Fey idk i havent seen to much of her tbh
Anne character, she’s cool
Ginny was cool I guess but it felt like the writers kept poking too much at “younger modern crowd” of Gen Z . Shes 32 bur acts like shes 26 or younger idk
Overal it was great if you dont mind contradictions and accept it how it is but if youre someone who doesnt want to see another stereotypical obvious PREDICTABLE show .….you could skip this one
I wasn’t ready for the ending but I knew it when she said, she had more to say😂
It (roughly) followed the 1981 film it was based on (written by and starring the great Alan Alda, who plays Anne’s father in a small part in this), until the end which, I’ll admit was a little disappointing to me. Still, I get what they were doing with it.
watch the big chill instead..or maybe couple’s retreat..or the actual movie
almost 🤦🏿♂
It’s messed up when Nick dies his ex-wife is the one in control of his funeral. I hope that never happens to me.
I loooooooved looooved this..Can’t wait for season 2
The movie is now on Netflix!! 😃
I was guessing who’s gonna be gay in this, didn’t have to guess for long.
Not a fan of Steve Carell.
A man’s life is never easy, especially if he is married😂
The Alan Alda cameo was special; great dialogue and story; wonderful cinematography. Based on the 1981 film by same name and worth a view. Thanks for posting. Adult content; 5 stars.
All star cast. I binged it, loved it
It was really vulgar and the oversexed 60 year old theme was gross, Steve and Tina were great but I wouldn’t watch it again I barely got through the first season with our fast forwards
Really enjoyed this remake, old enough to remember the original. Do you think there will be a Season 2?
This show was excellent
Brazil mentioned 🇧🇷
Smh why did they have to make the black dude gay🤦🏾♂️
I was hoping they didn’t divorce 😩
One in four couples is gay? Hollywood thinks America is like them. It’s still unatural to America
Never really liked Tina Fey as a comedian so I hesitated watching this, but then saw the trailer and got interested, watched it, loved it, it was well written, funny, and not dragging. Love every episode of it. All characters are likable. The story is light, not too dramatic, not too funny, just right.
Loved the original with Alan Alda. Curious to see how this one turned out.
This looks so gay it gave me aids
Steve carell dies in the series
Bring back loudermilk
I really want a series like this
Sooooooo boring. 👎👎👎👎
michael Calvani stole the show in my eyes
Modern Hollywood ruins another classic movie…
I was really impressed by Tina Fey in this series; I felt like I would be distracted by the fact that it was her, but I felt like she completely disappeared into the character. And there were so many moments that just felt REAL to life—it was so well-written and acted!
Hollywood gotta make hollywood. So vacuous, shallow and superficial
I liked it, refreshing for nowadays ❤
Great show.
What is this song in the trailer?
Gay shit
Does anyone know the name of the song playing?!
The original with Alan Alda and Carol Burnett was amazing!
