Lol we all know what Sam­sung did here. The S25 sales are poor this year so they’re stick­ing a bunch of sur­plus parts togeth­er and wrap­ping it up in new pack­ag­ing to give the illu­sion of a brand new device. It’s the phone nobody asked for.

They did have an edge it was the one with that bent screen. I can’t rem­ber what gen, think s7 edge sounds right. It was an ok phone, not sure I liked the edge dis­play though.

Sam­sung seem to be los­ing their way. Some­one in the com­pa­ny needs to get a grip.

You are com­plete­ly against Sam­sung. It is very evi­dent in your review. I guess you just hate them. You review is very subjective.

I pre-ord­ed this the same day I heard about it. I will occa­sion­al­ly miss the tele­pho­to. A thin, light phone with a large screen? YES! 🎉

I love the idea of a small­er phone, but what would stop me from get­ting this par­tic­u­lar one is that the screen is still big. Too much to lose sim­ply for a thin­ner phone, espe­cial­ly because for peo­ple with small­er hands it prob­a­bly still won’t be the most com­fort­able experience.

Wow. His com­ment about it maybe being too thin real­ly shows how hard it is for peo­ple, once con­di­tioned to a cer­tain mind­set, to be objec­tive or open to change. You seri­ous­ly thought you could break it with your hands?

Flip phones were some of the most frag­ile devices back when, yet no one ever men­tions that. Because that nev­er hap­pened. We’ve been con­di­tioned to believe that thick­er, heav­ier, and more expen­sive phones are some­how “pre­mi­um.” But that’s sim­ply not true. Review­ers who can’t break out of their pro­gram­ming end up mis­lead­ing people.

Think for your­self. Don’t let opin­ions like this influ­ence you into believ­ing their pro­pa­gan­da. Per­son­al­ly, I miss the days of small­er, thin­ner phones. Why we’ve accept­ed the idea of car­ry­ing a brick in our pock­ets or bags is beyond me.

Sam­sung did­n’t use a sil­i­con car­bon bat­tery because they swell. There are oth­er safe­ty con­cerns. On such a slim phone, the last thing that you need is bat­tery swelling.

No one asked for slim­mer phones which have less bat­tery capac­i­ty and less cam­era lens­es. Apple and Sam­sung are doing it because they have run out of ideas at this point launch­ing the same prod­ucts each year with minor upgrades. Why should some­one pay more for less features?

Every­one just par­rot­ing what the media says at this point. Not all phone mod­els are designed with you in mind, just move along and stop act­ing like a tech guru any chance you get.

I have the S25 Ultra as far I can see, Ultra does­n’t share the 12MP Ultra­w­ide. It had a 50MP, the one stuck in 12MP is the 3X telephoto.

I would like an Ultra mini.
