Glad I bought Abode System instead of waiting for this. Why so expensive Nest?
useless crap, if you don’t live in the states where people are afraid of everything
Honeywell through AlarmGrid, cheaper, experienced in the area, reliable (with backup battery, and 3G phone card $35.00/month) you’re welcome!

LOL @ pricing
$350 for a camera? Get the hell outta here. Too much competition in the field to pay that
I presume these products are far more functional when working with Android than with iOS (eg, it won’t work with Homekit). Can someone do a video on that issue? I presume Google/Nest are anti-Apple so people won’t invest in iOS products and instead invest in Android products. I really want to buy products like this but not from companies who refuse to make the products integrate well with iOS. Is there any reason Google won’t provide iOS integration other than they want to kill iOS?
unless Nest can find a way to work like ADT I’m not buying this stuff, I pay $50 a month for ADT and it takes my local police only a few minutes to get to my house
I already have planty of subscriptions and i don’t want to worry about another one, if it didn’t have it i would buy their product to my entire house.
SERCURITY PUSH / HOW ABOUT THE SERVICE? Rubbish product — I had 2 NEST Outdoor cameras ripped off the wall with ease and the bad design of the product did not prevent it — DONT BUY IT!!! The service has been awful and not customer focused at all especially spending over £1,000 one would expect some service instead it has been arrogant and dismissive offering less than 6% discount — I would have expected more from a Google company
RIP OFF
expensive
Its all very cool. Its all very expensive. As usual, the technology is ready, but the business side is holding it back. Got to create those subscription channels.
Garbage

An alarm for 499+ that anyone can disable by just picking it up of the table and flushing down the toilet ? No thanks
Too expensive, Nest taking the piss! Always after a subscription.
Also, check out the size of that camera!
I’m not understanding how a key fob scanning device has an advantage over a key fob remote that is included in most other systems and I’m wondering about the peel and stick to attach the sensors to windows and whether they will fall off after awhile or when the weather generates heat in the window.
late to the game and on top of that charing $$$$$$$.……
This is restarted.
I would consider but already wired up for a alarm system
These are going for $250 now. Much more compelling.
Work it
