Is it noisy? Looks cool. Makes you smile
Looks expensive and energy wasting . Seeking the surf is part of the fun.
Wave p*rn
Interesting idea. Would have been nice to have explained how it works a little bit more rather than showing the same pictures over and over again. Too much like a commercial.
But I do appreciate the video, it was interesting.
If Aaron could franchise this out, from Australia to Canada to the UK, this would be fantastic approach for potential enthusiasts that can’t access beaches with the right condition for surfing!
I don’t know why but I felt so happy to hear Aaron Trevis, the CEO of this company! it has nothing to do with me and most likely in my lifetime I will never have the chance to even see one of these plungers in person, but, to see a person dreaming something (skimming something) and from that pebble to create an ingenious solution that will generate as many millions as smiles, it is just awesome! Congrats to everyone involved. Peace!
i thought this is a 360 video for my VR! arghhh…
Too bad we cant make artificial reefs to make more waves instead of waves parks. Guess theirs no $$$ in doing that!
How is the energy to make this thing work going to be produced ?
And is it really necessary when we have natural waves ?
That wave machine is amazing, such a good idea. They could build stadiums like other sports and have yearly league as well as yearly tournaments. They could multipurpose the stadiums for other water sports too.
😃👍🏻🏄♂️👊🏻
I wish I could see this up close and in person for myself
aaawwwooooooooo
Bloody brilliant, a great Australian invention that will bring the amazing sport and enjoyment of Surfing to anybody who wants to give it a go.
how that donut lifts up? is an air compressor ?
I like that it has the look of a natural beach. Most of the others have the look of an olympic pool which is not appealing to me. Yeppoon is less than a day’s drive. Keen for it to open too the public post prototyping.
ehm.….you forgot to paint it ?
Will look horrible if they build hotels and apartments around it. The exceptional hidden value that is in plain sight is having a beautiful 360 degree view of the beautiful natural landscape while surfing, paddling, waiting for waves or sitting on the shores. Hope they will be conscientious enough to realise that. Should they build anything, private villas and cafe, at most 1 to 2 stories, separated by gardens and vegetation, with a wide vegetated buffer zone between the “beach” and the villas (so the villas don’t block the surrounding view), would be ideal for this setting.
Interesting invention! Hope it goes viral world wide!
Aaron trevis is my family friend 🤣
Looks like a ship repeatedly launched
Where is this
It wouldn’t be very hard to create a skim board beach section. So many new possibility’s it crazy.
Pls I have a similar project like this pls I need assistance
How much does it cost to surf on lake?!?
How do they keep the water clear and stable?
Invite Jamie O’Brien out there and he could probably bring some attention to this product. He would make a video for sure!
Has it been built in USA yet
Wow superb
Yes it does and we are getting one soon!
Muito show. Quero uma dessas aqui em minha cidade. Abraços, Sucesso, Deus abençoe e Mahalo!
