Why would that be the great­est design inno­va­tion? You’re detach­ing the bot­tom of the phone to access the bat­tery, it’s a new means (style) of access­ing your bat­tery but you make it sound like they invent­ed month­ly bat­tery lives for smart­phones. Or am I miss­ing an impor­tant key fac­tor with this bot­tom detach­ing, bat­tery access, feature?

Xiao­mi made one mis­take by not giv­ing us a full 1080p dis­play. Why mak­ing such a great phone with low res­o­lu­tion dis­play? No1 wants 720p nowadays.

G5 seems promis­ing so far with all the rumors. I just real­ly do hope the 5.3 screen is true so it’s more com­pa­ra­ble in size to the G2.

I thought of the mod­u­lar bat­tery removal thing too, but I pic­tured it more like a big sim card slot.

Omg why would it be bet­ter to slide the bat­tery in then put it in at the back????? And if they mess up the lg g5 bot­tom half con­nec­tor it will move or even dis­con­nect or bend. You know even sol­id alu­mini­um bends if thin. But they want to make some connector???

yes lg is work­ing on a phone with a detack­able bot­tom. the resin for it is so down the line peo­ple and chose to get a big­ger bat­tery and bet­ter speak­ers and have bet­ter dock­ing and a sleak­er thin­er disine.

You clear­ly haven’t seen the OUKITEL K10000, THL 5000, Ele­phone P8000, Blu­boo X550, Innos D6000 and quite a few oth­ers. All of them are over 4000mAh, some over 5000mAh and 6000mAh and one has 10,000mAh.

You missed the point of his com­ment. he was say­ing there are peo­ple oth­er than geeks that want a remov­able bat­tery. for exam­ple my 65 year old grand­pa will only buy phones with remov­able bat­ter­ies and he is far from a geek.
Also, my mom will only buy phones with an SD card slot because she likes being able to take pic­tures with it and put it in her print­er. she is VERY far from a geek. she bare­ly knows how to plug a dvd play­er into the TV.

how is 4100mha bat­tery large? i use a 10400mha on my note 4… also if they where cut­ting cost why the hell did they add the use­less front camera?
