what is the point of this? if you mount this on a walll…transparency over. if you put it in open space, anything behind it will interrupt what you are trying to watch. would be cool for use as a computer.

So pointless and mindblowing… But what are you supposed to do with it put it in your window and freak people out when they walk by?
The window is one sided, so people from the other side would only see their reflection. You can see them but they can’t see you or the content on the screen.
that really is sick. nice work samsung
use it in a car windshield, now you have a HUD. so you can see your speed, gps, etc without taking your eyes off the road! if you ask me, transparent displays aren’t pointless, they have a lot of possibility. there’s many things these would be useful with…
aircraft’s can use them to display most of the vital info on there windshield too or the auto tracking target locks to easily inform the pilot if he has weapons lock on a boggie
