How about an addi­tion­al scale bar in kilo­me­tres? And quot­ing dis­tances. Even a km in brack­ets would be nice. You know, use that sil­ly met­ric sys­tem that most of the world employs?

Where were you when Bam­bi’s moth­er died New Hori­zons flew by Pluto?

12.05–12.15 there appears to be 2 round struc­tures on the left , with some­thing in-between ,  amaz­ing achieve­ment from nasa

It’s just proof to me.…that Plu­to has a big heart ! Jus sayin.…lol  Great job to all of the peo­ple who put their hearts and souls into this dream= and to all of the peo­ple at home- who sup­port­ed them and believed in the mis­sion. Ain’t pay­days sweet ? Blessings/Thanks so much

I think the “dark mate­r­i­al” in the troughs is actu­al­ly pits; look at the edges of it par­tic­u­lar­ly on the for­ma­tion under the “Dark mate­r­i­al with­in troughs” label near the cen­tre of the image. Look­ing at the right of the image, it appears to me that the poly­gons first form from pits and hills along lin­ear tracks- you can see half a new poly­gon on the far right- and then are flat­tened over time to form a smooth trough. I won­der what process­es are at work. It’s a fas­ci­nat­ing landscape.

The heart looks like an impact to me

He calls it a dou­ble plan­et sys­tem. Is he say­ing that Charon is not a moon? And he does­n’t think so?

How can the dark mate­r­i­al be accu­mu­lat­ed in the troughs and form up smooth mounds of stuff “rocks”? do they come up or togeth­er by a mag­net­ic force of any kind? maybe unveiled in the same mate­r­i­al or is it due to mag­net­ic forces on the planet.

There’re mil­lions, maybe bil­lions of plan­ets and tril­lions of moons in our solar sys­tem. This is so exciting.
