Along with the rising tension in the air, Chinese smartphone maker OnePlus is quickly making its place in the budget smartphone market. According to the latest reports, the company is working on the OnePlus Nord CE 3 5G, a cheap Nord CE smartphone. Specifications for the smartphone have been leaked online in a new listing released by tipster OnLeaks ahead of its expected arrival in the first or second quarter of next year.
The OnePlus Nord CE 2 5G was launched in India earlier this year with a starting price of Rs 23,999. The rumors suggest that the device will have a 108 MP main camera and a 120 Hz display rate. The device is said to have up to 12 GB of RAM and up to 256 GB of internal storage. The OnePlus Nord CE 3 5G’s triple rear camera arrangement could have a 108-megapixel primary sensor, a 2‑megapixel depth sensor and a 2‑megapixel macro sensor for photography. It could have a 16MP front camera for selfies and video chats.
The smartphone’s battery is likely to be a 5,000mAh battery that supports 67W fast charging technology. According to the rumor, the smartphone will have a Type‑C charging port. The predecessor’s color options at launch included Bahama Blue and Gray Mirror. There may also be blue and gray color options for the future smartphone.
The launch of the OnePlus Nord CE 3 5G in India is expected in the first or second quarter of 2023. Like its predecessor, the smartphone is expected to cost around 22,000 rupees in India.
