Moron.
Reliability, probably. Performance, however, I don’t think so. My Surface Pro can run Skyrim, while exporting the image to a 1080p TV. The iPad doesn’t have nearly that kind of power. A full Win8 tablet running an i5 can trounce an iPad in terms of performance, although not everyone needs that kind of power.
Haha, if you’re going to respond to my argument you should at least make some points. Blurting an unsupported statement just makes you look like an idiot. Your one-liner literally requires the intelligence of an average parrot.
I like ipad its less confusing since I am a dummy , and I want different experience online than a computer . I own a laptop, I think windows 8 will be as bad as vista was for Microsoft , they are trying to advance but not there yet .
Windows 8 is better
I would say this reviewer is biased, for he kept running into issues with the windows interface, and would say how the iOS is more strait forward and easier to use, than turn to the Surface and claim it was the better more intuitive machine.
He needs to use IOS 7 for it to be fair
Imo the Windows 8 tablet is better.
Thomas and friend
I went with a Windows tablet because it supports Adobe Flash which website use. I enjoy the split screen function for productivity. Google doesn’t fully support the Ipad so your left with having to “make things work” and develop work around options for certain google functions. I enjoy the flexibility of being able to copy any of my information onto and from my tablet to external devices. To be able to expand the memory of my device immediately on the fly when I want with an SD card or USB without needing wifi and the cloud to free up space or share files. I don’t need to purchase special cables with limited transfer capabilities. SD, USB and Bluetooth built in plus Networks with everything at home so I can print from anywhere in the house or share files between computers with no special software needed. Ah..Freedom. I’ve even heard Ipad owners griping over IOS7. They hate it.
I really hardly hope to have bigger screeen on ipad, and I think ipad should be having great keyborad for programming,Nowadays our pad is just for some relax, but if we work on it ‚We need big screen and interface to some working software such as VS .
fuck pc they get virus and crash and slow i love my apples fast simple and reliable
I have both, window is cooler but apple keeps it’s speed longer. window last about as long as there warranty sad to say. But an apple is build to last. If you have windows you will be back in best buy in 2–3 years.
I have both but think the windows tablet is way better
Windows 8 is trash on Laptop-only and Desktop-only PC form-factors. On Tablet-only and 2‑in‑1 PC form-factors, it’s just as ok as iOS with it’s Metro UI alone. With the desktop UI unlocked to all programs that run on Windows 7, it’s unparalleled by any other tablet OS.
Windows 8 is good, better than an ipad at its current state.
8:00 No result “Hello“
LOL
xbox one has the windows 8 layout
iPad
ipad may be easier to use but windows 8 tablet you can get more actual work done ive tried both
microsoft!
“Straightforward” this and “straightforward” that. Biased much?
in iPad you get only an Apple(with a small bite missing;)).In windows 8 tablet you get an apple with free orange!
Windows 8
As most of us know, both platforms have matured rapidly since the release of this video. How about the fanboys just take a breather.
The desktop interface and program compatability is the only reason i want a windows 8 tablet. If you only want the metro crap and don’t care about desktop compatability and third party software, then get Windows RT, Android, or an iPad.
ipad two y not the ipad fucking 3 or air is going to be way way better then that cheapp ass shit
Multitasking and gestures in iOS “Pretty straight forward.…. and uuuhhh …”
honestly the only thing that actually catches my attention on the surface and other microsoft tablets is that they have more freedom than the iPad, on there you can’t edit the filesystem without jailbreaking, you cant use flash and stuff.
both OS is about equal but the apps on android trumps windows about 100 to 1 in both quantity and quality, however this also means window 8 will show a lot more improvements over android in a few years.
iPad is more user-friendly or not-intuitive
Windows 8 is hard to use but intuitive
I like windows tablet but i dont have it =(
I love Apple. Apple is better than Microsoft in my opinion, But love the way Microsoft made it I just think Apple iPad is just more not confusing I guess that’s the way I would put it. But that’s just my opinion.
Windows on tablets is way more capable and productive than either ios or Android
Overall its pretty straightforward
iOS is obviously more intuitive because I’ve seen little children use iPads. I have never seen them use android or Windows. The talk about the contacts was hilarious. They are complete strangers, that really is concerning. I had fun watching this and thinking about how horribly Windows 8 failed. Only people with tons of disposable income bought into windows 8.
I think that Windows is better than iOS
Wow. I never new Windows 8 was this far ahead of iOS on the iPad back then in terms of multitasking and general functionality. Windows 10 has maintained that lead in innovation and features.
I wish windows 8 hadn’t failed 🙁
5:34 something i never expected to hear
