Aboard the International Space Station, Expedition 26 Flight Engineer Cady Coleman took a few minutes out from her work schedule to demonstrate her musical talent on a flute she brought to the complex during an in-flight interview with National Public Radio’s program “All Things Considered” on Feb. 9, 2011. Coleman also joined station Commander Scott Kelly and Flight Engineer Paolo Nespoli to answer questions from KHOU-TV in Houston during the in-flight interview opportunity.

I feel for Scott. He can’t be there for his family, but, I bet he’s getting kinda tired of these being the only questions he get’s asked. I wish they would ask something else and help keep his mind on more positive things.… and no, I’m not trying to minimise the situation. It is truely tragic but, maby a change of mood would help?
@Nesgamer1991 The should be a flag like Gengi Sudo presents after his fights. Google images: “Genki Sudo flag” … you should get a guy standing in the ring with a flag saying “We are all one”
Cady is a space Punk
@420darklotus I agree. It’s time for NASA to squelch those questions.
He must be getting really tired of the questions about the incident.
I wish they’d stop asking him such personal questions… 🙁 I feel like that’s something he and his family need to take care of. The media doesn’t need to intrude just to make a story out of it.
Anywho, I love the idea of playing music in the cupola. It sounds incredible! It must be so relaxing. 🙂
poor paolo didnt get any questions.
Wow! Cool!
Bravo!Cady!Bravo!
Beautiful sound, Cosmic! Planar!Bravo!

I’ll be playing the flute for you today. And tomorrow I have a flute competition(contest). Wish me luck too!
Commander Scott Kelly and Flight Engineer Paolo Nespoli ,

Flute sounds in the vast expanses of the universe. This is a good sign for everyone on our little planet Earth. I love! Thank you! We are with you!

Cady is so adorable.
I enjoyed the flute playing and was quite pleased by the selection of the late Stan Roger’s, “Blue Nose.”
I am a big Stan Roger’s fan, and teach Music for Galveston College, in Texas.
I love when they roll backwards =)
it’s the only one movie in Youtube who really likes everything.
If after my words someone will say: “I do not like it”.…,
do not believe!,This is not true 🙂
