I have always been Xbox or pc my entire life. The option of get­ting game pass on pc and then get­ting best of both worlds with which games I want­ed to play key­board and mouse or con­troller with was great. Then I got the elite series con­troller and series 2 even­tu­al­ly and I loved the style of the con­troller the grip of the series 2 on the con­troller, the hair trig­gers and pad­dles just made cer­tain games a lot smoother game­play wise in my opin­ion. Then the series x and ps5 came out and my mind with­out any real thought went ps5. The exclu­sives that PlaySta­tion receive are real­ly great and I was get­ting tired of not being able to play them. Watch­ing videos on both con­soles just secured my mind even more. Hav­ing the con­sole now, the con­troller is amaz­ing!! Some games have used the hap­tics in bril­liant ways, astros play­room is great. It was a shame that miles morales Spi­der-Man didn’t utilise the con­troller to its full extent but the over­all graph­ics of that game did kin­da even out the annoy­ance. But I’m notic­ing some old­er games from the pre­vi­ous con­soles are either being re-released or updat­ed to use the con­troller so I’m look­ing for­ward to that, for exam­ple no man’s sky, call of duty van­guard. If I’m remem­ber­ing right there was some instances but not loads of use in god of war as well. I think the last of us is also being re-released to pro­vide con­troller impli­ca­tion and a graph­ics update which is cool. Final­ly with the recent trail­ers of both god of war rag­narok and Spi­der-Man 3 com­ing out next year I am excit­ed for what PlaySta­tion can do going forward
