How do you tweak the speed?
I have found that electric scooters that mount the battery on the steering column are less stable, clumsy and ugly. And, like you say in your review, they almost always rattle. That feature is always a deal-breaker for me when looking for a scooter.

Can you imagine a product costs 370 pounds doesn’t work just after 10 days? Can you believe the customer service ask you to test the battery, fix the problem, replace the components by yourselves without any guidelines?
The scooter doesn’t work on 30/10/2021, a F keeps flashing on the dashboard and I don’t know what it means. I check the pages of user manual and website, there are NO ANY descriptions about the error signals. I send an email to the customer support team. They ask me to test the battery with an iron tweezers, with a guideline of a wrong model of battery. I said I did not have one, and they only replied how to test the battery of my model and ignore my message of not have one.
Fine, I buy one, do the test, and send them the pictures and video. They replied, “the technician think it might be an issue with the controller. So we will help you send a new controller and dashboard to test if there is the same issue. ” So, I have to replace the controller and dashboard by myself. Is it a job duty for the customer? This is the first experience for me to buy a product with a training of repair. After asking them for the guidelines, they send me the video about how to do it. Honestly, I believe all other customer service team would collect the product and fix it, or at least send the guideline to their customer actively.
The customer support team has no knowledge about their products. All information they provided is wrong, and I have to ask them for clarification.
And, the screw is too tight, smoke coming from my drill due to such screws, and even if I use hand screwdriver, I can’t remove the screw and it get stripped. I don’t believe it can be fixed by a general customer without any equipments.
I have never bought a product with such poor quality and customer support. Waste money, waste time. I requested a refund and they ignore it and only ask me to send the photos and videos about how to fix it. I have never seen a customer support team only ask their customers to do everything to them.
And, one of the port of the new controller they sent to me is flat, I have to use a plier to make it as normal so that I can connect the port. Customer service, quality of product, and quality of replacement components are all dissatisfactory. If you would like to buy any products from this company, I would pray for you.

I really have problems with slightly steeper surface. It slows down to walking speed or even stops.
Edit: I found out that tires were actually not as hard as they could be when the scooter arrived. I just pumped them almost rocky hard with my hand pump and performance of the scooter went about 40% up. The impossible hills is now 11 km/h and 9km/h hill is now 18km/h. Also, I finally reached those advertised 31km/h on flat terrain and even went over 40km/h downhills (I was feeling uncomfortable to go more). Who would have thought pressure in tires would be so important. Screw suspension, if you feel like the scooter is underperforming check and pump up the tires.
How do you know which model comes with a Blade Connector or Round Connector on those battery?
have to be honest. I ordered this scooter, and don’t have any rattling sound, but my screws come loose after every ride. Not that they are falling out, but loose that it causes the scooter to shake just a small bit. Ordered some special glue, hopefully it helps. But wouldn’t recommend buying a $500 scooter that has shaky screws, just sayin.
Nice shoes, I have three pair in different colors.…oh yeah I just picked up two of these scooters. Waiting to get these via shipmemt. Hope they are good.….
i own this. its in pieces in my garage. this company makes trash scooter. the one i had broke apart and the bottom of the bar to the handle bars and ripped apart the wiring. i would never buy from this company again complete waste of money

Battery design is FAIL. And it’s the same weight as my Jetson Bolt Pro, ebike; yikes.

I’ve watched 3 videos now and yours is the only one that mentioned the rattling battery.
I’m wondering if maybe you happened to get one that just wasn’t tight?
Stay away from turboant! They are crooks, and their customer service only denies you when you have a problem! Their warranty is absolutely useless! All they do is offer to sell you the parts that are supposed to be under warranty!

Battery life is great Latest.Bike Scooter . Love the different driving modes. It’s got a little headlight and taillight too. Gets lots of looks haha

We bought two x7 scooters during a holiday deal. My scooter came poorly packaged and missing the handles. It was all scratched and dinged up that it did not look brand new. It took two weeks talking to customer support after all their questions and picture requests like I was some sort of liar for them to blame it on the courier. Why would the delivery company steal bar handles? They refused to send me a new scooter, told me to take it up with the delivery person and sent me the handles only. I was furious!
Then, two months later the other scooter stopped working. Once again, we had to take pictures and videos of the scooter not working like we we’re too stupid to know how to turn it on. Then they told us to watch a youtube video so we could repair it ourselves!! My blood is boiling just thinking about it. When they finally sent us a shipping label, they gave us a box size requirement of 47x21x8. This is a very hard to find size, so I asked them for help or a resource where to buy it and I even gave them examples of boxes from FedEx. They would not confirm a damn thing, they just kept repeating the same information and told me if it was too big I would get charged and told me to use scissors to play arts and crafts with the box so it would measure what they asked for. To add insult to injury, the other scooter is already losing a considerable amount of range.
Turbo ant is a pos company, their scooters are garbage, and their “warranty” is worthless when their customer service is dick. STAY AWAY FROM TURBOANT

I said this before and I’ll say it again. The most important and biggest letdown of any electric bike or scooter is the battery time. If a battery can’t hold a charge and ride you around all day then it’s absolutely not worth it. And 11 miles at 15 mph is not going to cut it.

I bought turboant scooter 3 weeks ago and the scooter stopped working. Support turboant don’t respond to my emails. What a waste of money.
Use local scooter companies way safer then this.

I have the zooom electrix scooter it’s almost the exact same as the turboant 7x apart from one thing,the front wheel is 10inch and rear is 8.5.i did buy it 2nd hand though so maybe the rear should be 10inch aswell

This scooter is horrible and they are not gonna accept your return so please don’t buy this scooter is bad quality tires are bad quality battery is dangerous.
can you take the battery on an airplane ?? Carry-on for instance?
Most airlines require you to remove your laptop from a checked bag and carry your laptop with you inside the plane…
