WASHINGTON — Effective Jan. 16, 2010, NASA Televisions Public, Education and Media channels will be available for downlink on satellite AMC 3.
Cable and satellite service providers, broadcasters, and educational and scientific institutions will need to re-tune their receiving devices to AMC 3 to continue accessing NASA TV for distribution.
NASA TVs occasional HD feed and Live Interactive Media Outlet (LIMO) Channel will also migrate to AMC3, effective Jan.16, 2010.

Will it be available in Ireland?
Nope. AMC‑3 only covers the continental US, parts of Alaska and Hawaii, and parts of Canada and Mexico.
You’ll have to continue watching on the internet or if ESA has their own satellite public affairs channel on an astra or hotbird or whatever.
