What’s been your favorite home entertainment device?
I feel like leaning on opensouce software, maybe even hardware, might make some of the UI a little more polished, but the music setup is awesome!
looks so cool and awesome I like it. home innovation through technology
How much cost of this home
☺️
This is very cool
Ever heard of Home Assistant?
Some parts of the house would sink faster than other parts of the house 🤭
MEHH
If you have to steal people's remote controls before they'll use your system, maybe it's not as intuitive as you think.
They mean to say home of now……
Not huge fan of disturbing everyone around with ANY speakers system or even single speaker. "Neighbours weren't very pleased" – that's the clue. Live and let live.
This can be done easy nowadays using smartlife
I feel like the better alternative is just to pick your poison. Make sure all your smart devices are either Google or Alexa compatible. Then you can control everything in a single app (you "need" apps to get the different systems started but really you can control everything from the Home/Alexa app), avoid ridiculous commands like "tell the home butler to tell the tv to launch Hulu", and still macro everything to do 5 things with one command when you want to watch a movie.
Dayum!
Rest in peace Grant Imahara!!

Rest In Peace Grant Imahara
Thanks for guiding me in the field of design stuff. The world will miss you Grant for being a awesome human being.
RIP Grant 🙁
RIP Grant Imahara
RIP Grant.
RIP, Grant Imahara. I like some of the features here, but I already feel like Alexa already does a lot of this same stuff combined with a few outlets and my smart tv. And there are a few things I don't see myself ever having… like smart locks. Sure, any lock can be picked… but I prefer not to have a lock that can be picked from Russia or China while they're on their desktop.
RIP my dude <3
Rest easy Grant.
Has this company developed to use Chromecast with Google TV instead of Roku yet?
