What if you took features like live view and professional video from Nikon’s mirrorless Z line and put them into a D750. You’d get the new Nikon D780 which debuted at CES in Las Vegas. The D780 will cost $2,500 for the body only or $2,800 for a kit that comes with a Nikkor 24-120mm f/4 lens. It’s expected to ship in the US by the end of January. Nikon today showcased it’s newest camera, the D780, at CES 2020.

I fail to see the point the release of this product. it's a direct competitor to Z6 and it's more expensive. Seems like a legacy product.Probably the last DSLR in it's product category (which is the entrance to the full frame)
I wonder if I can start a Go-Fund-Me campaign to get one!!
Well done, Nikon.
I like this host, reminds me some people gifted for comedy😎
LONG LIVE DSLR !
Waaayyyyy too expensive!!! Just get a z6 and be done.
I agree with the comments ,I like the host ,he's funny, looking forward seen more videos of him .
have you tested the live view AF? how is it with dslr lenses?
You know your camera is not as compelling as you hope when the price of the predecesor it replaces instead of going down with the release goes up. The same happened with the p900. Clearly Nikon has a problem.
1:15 hahahahaha $2,500 right there and probably needs to change the lens to focus closer
Hot dang! A D750 at a lower price. How much lower? Could be my first full size sensor camera.
It is $1000 more than a Z6…Go with the Z6…watch my review on this…This camera is good but time to move forward with mirrorless
I find that these "hybrid" cameras from Canon and Nikon are nothing more than the last breath of the last dinosaurs on the market, as neither Canon nor Nikon could achieve to get professional mirrorless telephoto lenses and professional mirrorless cameras ready for the Olympics.
I see the attempt with hybrid technology as a desperate act by Canon and Nikon to hold on to there conservative professional photographers for a little while until they are ready with some professional mirrorless, its that simple!
No entiendo a quien le puede gustar este tio…
Great camera in 2020
2015 specs…. Nikon wake up!
Going to buy both eventually along with a Nikon D5600. Which will all go alongside my Nikon D5500
The body is too big and heavy
To all mirrorless peeps.. Please sell your dslrs on ebay for 1 dollar.. They are worthless to you anyways.. I'll be waiting..
no IBIS
Its more than a Z6 so it simply doesnt make sense….. Maybe or amateur photographers but still even then why not go mirrorless.
Great content, but guys…slap a CTO gel on that LED to better-match the ambient light. It's 2020. You don't need to look like you've been out in the old too long. 😉
It's bigger than my D7500.
That price.. If it would be cheaper i could update my d810 but with price tag not wise again.
Just another bit of un-informative blather. Plus, this guy's mannerisms and sense of his own amusing-ness is…tough.
The 750 is a better deal
