Well done
Once I saw him catch multiple fish in one gill net and then him placing in a second gill net, I thought he was going to go the distance. But the medical staff pulled him from the field before he really got it up and running consistently. I think his situation would have turned around if they let him stay just one more week. He did good even though they ended up pulling him from the field.

Didn’t think he would go home. I really thought he was gonna be down to the last 2 on this season.
Alone I could do it standing on my head and I don’t even want your money.
In this show there’s 2 things that ensure success. Have nothing to lose and be prepared to die. You let your mind tell you something and you’ll believe it. Our ancestors did this out of necessity and we are still here. Don’t be afraid of the elements, be afraid of failure.
Why don’t some of the fish move when they are caught?
This guys understanding of rigor mortis is the opposite of reality. If you find something in rigor mortis it died recently. It only sets in after a couple hours, and then lasts 6 or 8 hours.
Can we please get an Alone on a tropical island

I’ve got a kick out of these people how they are 4 days in and they don’t show anything meat they have eaten. How you survive on berries for 4 days. On day 5 they go oh I’ll start setting traps and a gill net. It’s like come on you ant surviving 4 days eaten berries
He did so very well and usually had a pretty positive attitude. It was truly heartbreaking to see how it ended. Something I kept thinking though, which really wouldn’t impact the outcome, but….why did he NEVER wash his hands, etc. while he was around water constantly? It can’t be too cold to wash your hands and if anything he could warm some water and use a washcloth. I just wonder….….

Mis this show off season learned a lot of little things from it. Like Teresa using sand and gravel to plant poles. Using ice to lock structure in place. Awesome show.

Colter really impressed me on the show. I thought he would be the one to survive last but I guess getting big game gives you the highest chance of survival. Also, they should stop inviting people with heavy builds, it really takes away the point of the show, which is to survive off the land, not off your weight.

I was rooting for him. When he said he should have done better, at the end, it gutted me, because he did SUCH an amazing job. That boat and those nets were amazing!!! I was not expecting him to go home when he did.
I do not know how to catch less process a meal
I think they should have an emergency supply of canned food and rice, beans ‚grits and condiments
That water is beautiful
Instead of Alone it should be couples
I would plant all kinds of seeds
Never eat a random dead animal it’s definitely full of worms and all sorts of parasites and diseases. If a wild animal refuses to touch it something is seriously wrong.
