‘Boris Johnson’ chased by police during Eng v NZ friendly match – Watch

The ongo­ing friend­ly between Eng­land and New Zealand in Leeds saw a spe­cial guest dressed up as British Prime Min­is­ter Boris John­son. He enter­tained a full house at Head­ing­ly Sta­di­um while run­ning through the stands while being pur­sued by crick­et fans dressed as police offi­cers. In a video shared on Twit­ter by Eng­land’s Barmy Army on Sat­ur­day (June 25, 2022), the man can be seen dressed as John­son, with a blonde wig, white shirt, blue tie and black sunglasses.

The 12-sec­ond clip, cap­tioned “Boris John­son is being pur­sued by a group of police offi­cers,” shows the man being pur­sued near the perime­ter rope by some fans in police uniforms.
